Proceeds to benefit SFUSD’s growing after school CrossFit Programs
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. Westside Athletes Association has announced the 2016 United for Youth Burpee Challenge; a month-long pledge-based fundraiser benefiting San Francisco Unified School District after school CrossFit programs.
To participate, athletes perform as many burpees as possible in a 30-second time period. Then, athletes invite supporters to complete the same challenge, and pledge an amount for every burpee their supporter (or supporters) performs. Once tagged, the next athlete has three full days to complete the challenge and tag another supporter.
Athletes can enter their challenge details and donation pledges online at westsideathletes.com/unitedforyouth.
The 2016 United for Youth Burpee Challenge opens Friday, April 1, 2016, and closes Tuesday, May 31, 2016.
